If you already had the answer right, you can check to make sure you did the work correctly throughout. Learn by Concept does not stop being helpful just by providing questions, however. Then you check your answer to see if you got it correct. The GRE Math Test has 66 questions, with about half on calculus, a quarter on algebra, and another quarter on various other topics. Even if it’s not required at the schools you’re applying to, the test may also be taken to strengthen your application submission. If you are pursuing a graduate degree in a field which requires advanced understanding of math, you may have to take the GRE Subject Test in Mathematics. To get into grad school, you may need to take the GRE (Graduate Record Examination) and/or a GRE Subject Test.
I'm accumulating notes with every problem regardless, but are there any calculus-specific trig identities you'd recommend knowing? Please help me bulk up the cheat sheet, I have an exam on Sunday, haha.Just as you took the SAT or ACT when you were in high school and heading to college, now you have finished or are finishing your undergraduate degree. Obviously some of this is meant to be derived from the basic identities, but I feel like I'm missing something every time. the antiderivative of secx = ln|secx+tanx|+C or sinxsiny=1/2(cos(x-y)-cos(x+y)). 16 years ago? Anyway, I've written out a cheat sheet with basic trig identities and indefinite integrals from Stewart's textbook, but I'm currently in the section where we're just doing integrals of exponential trig functions and it seems like every problem involves a crucial trig identity I don't know (i.e. I'm doing okay, but I tend to get tripped up on integration involving trig functions because everything I learned about trig was in precalc in high school, so. Any advice on this? I'm a returning student taking calc 2 now, about 12 years after taking calc 1.
